Know all men by these Presents, That I Joseph Parsons of the Town of Bradford in the County of Essex and Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New-England Clerk
In Consideration of the sum of one hundred and six Pounds sixteen schillings
Lawful Money paid to me by Joseph Parsons junior of the Town of Brookfield in the county of Worcester in the aforesaid province of the Massachusetts Bay
The receipt whereof I do hereby knowledge, do hereby give, grant, sell and convey to the said Joseph Parsons junior his Heirs, and Assigns forever two certain Lotts of Land lying within the ancient town of Rutland in the county of Worcester in the Northwest Quarter of the said Township, or Rutland District, being Lott No. 14 containing seventy acres, and Lott No. forty eight containing fifty acres.

To have and to Hold, the same to the said Joseph Parsons junior his Heirs and Assigns to his and their Use and Behoof forever.

And I do Covenant with the said Joseph Parsons junior his Heirs and Assigns, that I the aforesaid Joseph Parsons am awfully seized in Fee of the Premises, That they are free of all Incumbrances, That I have good Right to sell and convey the same to the said Joseph Parsons junior, his Heirs and Assigns.

And that I will warrant and defend the same to the said Joseph Parsons junior his Heirs and Assigns forever, against all lawful Claims and Demands of all persons.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this thirtieth Day of November Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and fifty nine, and in the thirty third year of his Majesties Reign.
