The text is Shoben, Tabb, and Janutis, Remedies: Cases and Problems
The final examination will be based
roughly 60% on a series of multiple
choice questions (probably around 50 questions; time allocated is two
hours) and
an essay examination (one hour, usually consisting of a single fact
pattern
with perhaps two or three fairly general questions that you will be
asked
to answer). The examination will be closed book.
